Papers of H. Tuck Sherman, 1912-1946.

Of interest is a letter from Sherman to Raymond Fellows, 1920 January 6, warning that the German charracter is basically unchanged by the war, and if the abominations of the German army are forgiven, the world will one day again be under the German heel. Also of interest is a letter from Belle discussing conditions in Antwerp, the loss of life among families of friends and neighbors, the high price of food, and how she escaped German military occupation in her house. The collection also contains several envelopes used by the German military government in Antwerp and other memorabilia.
